Binetou Faye began her career in 2018 as a production manager for the radio series "C'est la vie", produced by Keewu Production and broadcast on RFI. She then obtained her master's degree in film production in Paris, simultaneously working as a project assistant for the Image francophone fund of the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie (OIF) and subsequently as a project manager for the Accès Culture fund of the Agence Française de Développement (AFD) at the Institut Français de Paris.
Thanks to these enriching experiences, she founded the Afric'art Progress association, which works actively to facilitate access to training in the film professions for African students. The association achieves this goal by awarding master's scholarships in all film professions. This initiative aims to strengthen Africa's presence in the film industry by providing essential educational opportunities.
In 2022, Binetou Faye founded her own film production company, Lady Blue Production. This young production company is currently engaged in the development of three film projects.
